Originally from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, I grew up in Switzerland, where I earned a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences with a specialisation in Adult Education. I have been teaching French for several years in Switzerland, Quebec, and now Toronto. I enjoy creating dynamic and supportive lessons where everyone can learn at their own pace. To me, learning a language is about building confidence, discovering a new culture, and enjoying communication. I look forward to helping you achieve your French language goals!

Bonjour! I’m Eva, and I’m originally from Normandy in the north of France, a region known for its beautiful coastline and rich history. I hold a Master’s degree in French as a Foreign Language and have taught learners of different ages and levels in both France and Australia. I’m passionate about languages, travel, and cultural exchange, and I enjoy helping students build confidence in French through engaging and interactive lessons.

Originally graduated in the field of environmental studies and science communication, I had the opportunity to teach French for two years as a language assistant at the University of La Paz in Mexico. This experience, combined with my passion for travel and languages, naturally led me toward teaching French as a foreign language. For me, learning a language is not just about grammar and conjugation: above all, it is a human adventure made of cultural exchanges, sharing, and enjoyable moments. My name is Théo, I’m 26, and I moved from France to Canada a year ago after completing my Master’s in Human Resources. As this is my first experience living abroad, I’m really enjoying the chance to immerse myself in a new culture, improve my English, and grow professionally. During my school years, French was always my favorite subject, so it felt natural to share my passion by becoming a French teacher. After earning a Master’s degree in teaching French as a Foreign Language, I had the opportunity to work with students from a wide range of backgrounds which deepened my appreciation for multiculturalism and the richness of cultural exchange. Florence Horthence is my name. I am currently a Ph.D. student. Teaching is my family heirloom. A part from teaching, I also have experiences as Head Teacher of a secondary school in Cameroon, as teacher in Saint Paul’s Convent school and as Assistant Pastoral care in Saint Paul secondary school Happy Valley in Hong Kong. 

Besides strengthening my communication and problem-solving skills, my experiences help me to get along with different cultures, digital culture, international education and to acquire experiences on a global scale.

My name is Ruth. I graduated in French Linguistics and Literature. I have more than three years of teaching experience with learners of different levels. I am very patient and always listen carefully to my learners’ needs.

I help learners develop their skills to speak, understand, read, and write in French through structured lessons adapted to each learner’s level and goals. Learning French with me is fun, enjoyable, easy, and as natural as child’s play.

After two years of experience supporting learners from various cultural backgrounds, I decided to bring my expertise to Canada to help individuals who wish to develop their French language skills. My name is Corinne, and I’m excited to be your new French teacher! Originally from Cameroon, “Africa in miniature”, I hold a Master’s in French and have over 10 years of experience teaching French as a foreign language.

I’ve worked with students of all backgrounds and levels, including those preparing for TCF, TEF, and DELF-DALF—I’m a certified examiner with FEI and CCIP. My teaching focuses on communication and interaction, using group activities and roleplays to make learning fun and effective.
