Florence Horthence is my name. I am currently a Ph.D. student. Teaching is my family heirloom. A part from teaching, I also have experiences as Head Teacher of a secondary school in Cameroon, as teacher in Saint Paul’s Convent school and as Assistant Pastoral care in Saint Paul secondary school Happy Valley in Hong Kong. 

Besides strengthening my communication and problem-solving skills, my experiences help me to get along with different cultures, digital culture, international education and to acquire experiences on a global scale.

Thanks to my status, I have a passion for helping others grow  and to achieve their goals as I personally believe in life long learning which is the reason why I push the boundaries. I can’t wait to awaken in you the burning passion for learning in general and learning French in particular. My unique attributes: self-taught, adaptability and flexibility.

My name is Ruth. I graduated in French Linguistics and Literature. I have more than three years of teaching experience with learners of different levels. I am very patient and always listen carefully to my learners’ needs.

I help learners develop their skills to speak, understand, read, and write in French through structured lessons adapted to each learner’s level and goals. Learning French with me is fun, enjoyable, easy, and as natural as child’s play.

Hi! I’m Aysha, a French teacher who loves creating a positive and encouraging space for students to learn. Having completed a Bachelor of Education in French and Social Science, I’ve gained valuable experience teaching students of varying ages and language levels. I’m passionate about making French fun, meaningful, and accessible for all learners.

Outside of teaching, I love dance, creativity, and spending time outdoors and with my loved ones. My goal is to help students feel confident, curious, and excited about discovering the French language. I’m happy to be a part of your French learning journey!

Hello. My name is Hedgard. I hold a Master’s degree in Linguistic Sciences and Intercultural Communication. I began my career teaching French as a foreign language in Italy. After two years of experience supporting learners from various cultural backgrounds, I decided to bring my expertise to Canada to help individuals who wish to develop their French language skills. My principal goal as a French Language teacher is to create an environment where language learning should be directed towards enabling learners to act in real-life situations, expressing themselves and accomplishing tasks of different natures.

I’ve worked with students of all backgrounds and levels, including those preparing for TCF, TEF, and DELF-DALF—I’m a certified examiner with FEI and CCIP. My teaching focuses on communication and interaction, using group activities and roleplays to make learning fun and effective.

Improving skills and learning a new language is magical. 

My name is Mélodie and I am a new French teacher in Canada, I will be a certified French teacher DAEFLE in 2025. 

I used to work in healthcare for 11 years in France and Switzerland, so I am patient and empathetic. I started learning English at the end of 2020 and this sparked an interest to share my passion of language learning with students by teaching my native language.

Meeting people through language learning has been a tremendous experience. My passion for education and dedication to a positive learning environment will contribute greatly to helping you achieve your objectives.
