Originally graduated in the field of environmental studies and science communication, I had the opportunity to teach French for two years as a language assistant at the University of La Paz in Mexico. My name is Théo, I’m 26, and I moved from France to Canada a year ago after completing my Master’s in Human Resources. Florence Horthence is my name. I am currently a Ph.D. student. Teaching is my family heirloom. A part from teaching, I also have experiences as Head Teacher of a secondary school in Cameroon, as teacher in Saint Paul’s Convent school and as Assistant Pastoral care in Saint Paul secondary school Happy Valley in Hong Kong.

Improving skills and learning a new language is magical. 

My name is Mélodie and I am a new French teacher in Canada, I will be a certified French teacher DAEFLE in 2025. 

I used to work in healthcare for 11 years in France and Switzerland, so I am patient and empathetic. I started learning English at the end of 2020 and this sparked an interest to share my passion of language learning with students by teaching my native language.

I am a 33 -year-old French and English as foreign language teacher holding a Bachelor’s degree in French and English literature.
